Comparative Analysis of Classifcation Algorithm for Hair Fall in Survey Based Dataset
Developed a machine learning-based system to predict hair fall using a dataset of 22 attributes collected via online survey. Applied pre-processing techniques and evaluated six classification models. XGBoost achieved the best performance with 91.89% accuracy. Key features affecting hair fall were identified through feature importance analysis. The study highlights the importance of timely consultation with a dermatologist to avoid unnecessary expenses and resources wasted on hair loss remedies.
